Check-in / Check-out
Check time is 4:00pm or later. You will be contacted with all pertinent check-in information. There is no front desk. Management lives on-site and is available to answer questions or physically assist when needed. Check out is 11:00a.m. If you have any questions concerning check-in, please contact us.
The person who creates a reservation is responsible for all costs and occupants involved in that reservation. We, the management, are not responsible for designation of sleeping arrangements nor splitting of payments.
While our rooms are designed to accommodate two persons, some rooms can accommodate an extra child (ages 6 and up) or young adult. Please call the Inn directly to see if we can accommodate your needs.
While pets are not allowed inside the main portion of The Inn, the Hemingway Room is available to accommodate our guests that prefer to travel with their dog. (Sorry no cats.) The room is on the main floor with a separate entrance and doors that close to the main portion of the Inn. Please call Thomas, the Innkeeper, directly at 208-309-8559 to make arrangements for your dog.
There is also a quality pet boarding facility located in Bellevue, ID. Approximately 3 miles away. For information, please call the Sawtooth Animal Center at 208.788.4004
Please contact the Innkeeper for a corporate rate. The Inn is a favorite of many pilots and traveling salespersons and nurses!
All rooms have their own air conditioning unit. In the winter all of the rooms are heated.
Breakfast is self-serve available until check-out time. All food groups are offered including fresh and individual packaged offerings of starches, carbohydrates, proteins and beverages.
Special Dietary Needs
Please inform the staff at the time of your reservation of any dietary requests.
Airport Shuttle Service
We do not offer an airport shuttle service, but Hailey has many Taxi/Limo services available. We recommend the Wood River Taxi. The rates range from about $20 to the airport and about $40 to Ketchum.
The entire Inn is a non-smoking facility. If you would like to smoke, there is an area outside provided for you. There are no smoking rooms!
A credit card or deposit will be required to make a reservation. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all reservations, unless otherwise notified. If a room is cancelled within 48 hours of the first night's stay then the credit card given will be charged for the first night plus tax, not for the entire reservation.
A verbal confirmation of cancellation by management is necessary to cancel a reservation. Direct phone call is the preferred medium for cancellation.
When booking multiple rooms a different cancellation policy may apply. Business travelers: Please call for a personalized cancellation policy.
